Step 1

If you are using a condom, put it on first and take care not to damage it when putting on the ring.

Step 2

Remove the ring from the pack, stretch it and place it on the base of your erect penis.

Step 3

Remove the ring by stretching it and pulling it upwards. Do not use for more than 30 minutes and remove immediately if discomfort is felt.

Step 4

Clean the ring with gentle soap and warm water, then pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Re-use up to 6 times.
