1.Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction. 2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 3. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Employment Status: Part Time
 Salary: 12000-14000 per month.
Yearly salary review.&nbsp;
1.Daily 8 hours duty.&nbsp; 2. 1 day off per week
