Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets through effective planning & execution of the plans.

· Acquisition of new suppliers and act as a relationship manager of existing clients in the portfolio.

· Exploring new prospective clients or supplier to enhance the business.

· Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.

· Prepare presentations with company information for prospect customer.

· Prepare report for the management.

· Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels at pharma industry.

· Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

· Age at least 26 to 32 years

· Tech-savvy & Smart

· Understand the startup vibe and culture

· Proven work experience in business development at pharmacy industry experience will get preference

· To understand the business and active involvement with management are required

· Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team player.

· Proficient in Bangla & English (oral and written).

· Have to be very smart with wonderful communication skill
