বিরোধীতা

বিসমাথ, অ্যাসপিরিন, অন্যান্য স্যালিসিলেটের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। সংক্রামক ডায়রিয়া, উচ্চ জ্বর, ভন উইলেব্র্যান্ড রোগ, রক্তক্ষরণ, আলসার বা কালো বা রক্তাক্ত মলের সাথে জিআই রক্তপাত, হিমোফিলিয়া। শিশু রোগীদের মধ্যে, চিকেন পক্স বা ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা (রেয়ে সিন্ড্রোমের ঝুঁকি); বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমির সাথে আচরণের পরিবর্তন রেই সিনড্রোমের প্রাথমিক লক্ষণ হতে পারে।
