Bongel

Bongel is a combination of two medicines is used to treat mouth ulcers. It reduces the pain, swelling, redness, and burning sensation of the ulcers. It also inhibits the growth of bacteria and helps in the rapid healing of the ulcers. Bongel is strictly advised for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only on the affected areas of the mouth. It should not be used in excess amount and also avoid swallowing it. You must wash immediately if there is accidental exposure of it on the eyes. This medicine is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any allergic reactions following the use of the medicine, inform your doctor without delay.

Bongel is a combination of two medicines: Choline Salicylate and Cetalkonium Chloride.Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Cetalkonium Chloride is an antiseptic that kills bacteria and fungi, preventing the mouth ulcer from getting infected. This speeds up healing of the ulcer.
