Infusion Time: 30 min, Rate of Infusion: 3.33 ml/min

Adult Dose
Adults requiring invasive mechanical ventilation and/or ECMO should receive a single loading dose of Remdesivir 200 mg on day one, followed by a once-daily maintenance dose of Remdesivir 100 mg for 9 days. Due to antagonism observed in cell culture,chloroquine
phosphate or hydroxychloroquine sulfate is not recommended use with remdesivir.
There have been no human drug-drug interaction trials with it and other medications. Remdesivir and its metabolites can act as substrates or inhibitors of enzymes and transporters involved in drug metabolism in vitro. The clinical relevance of these in vitro assessments is not established.
