সাধারণ অবস্থায় রেমেডি জুসের কোন পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়া নেই। স্বাদ টকমিষ্টি ও ঝাঝালো বলে কারও ক্ষেত্রে বমি বমি ভাব বা গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যা হতে পারে।

সেক্ষেত্রে কুসুম গরম পানির সঙ্গে মিশিয়ে খেলে ভালো ফল পাওয়া যাবে। ডায়াবেটিসের ধরণ অনুযায়ী ডাক্তারের পরামর্শে সেব্য।
