Description:
Thrombophob Gel is a topical heparin formulation designed to relieve inflammation, pain, and vascular congestion. It penetrates the skin to improve blood circulation, reduce swelling, and accelerate the healing of affected tissues. The gel provides a refreshing and cooling effect without leaving a sticky or greasy residue.

Indications:

• Superficial phlebitis with or without thrombus formation

• Venous congestion of extremities

• Injuries from sports or accidents: bruises, contusions, hematoma, sprains, and dislocations

• Tenosynovitis

• Furuncles and other inflammatory infiltrates

• Muscle spasms (sural spasms)

Mode of Action:

• Promotes fibrinolysis and prevents microthrombi formation

• Reduces inflammation (antiphlogistic effect)

• Provides anti-exudative and pain-relieving benefits

• Improves blood circulation by reducing vascular muscle tension

• Rapidly absorbed through the skin, initiating healing in the affected tissue

Administration / Directions for Use:

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area and surrounding skin 2–3 times daily

• Do not apply directly on open wounds, ulcers (e.g., ulcus cruris), or broken skin

• Gel should not be rubbed vigorously; apply gently after cleaning the area

• Safe for repeated use; dries quickly without leaving a sticky or greasy residue
