সতর্কতা

সক্রিয় পেপটিক আলসার, বারবার রক্ত সঞ্চালন, আঞ্চলিক এন্টারাইটিস এবং আলসারেটিভ কোলাইটিস রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন। ফোলেট-নির্ভর টিউমার রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা। গর্ভাবস্থার 1ম ত্রৈমাসিকের সময় ব্যবহারের জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া

কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, ডায়রিয়া, গাঢ় মল সহ জিআই ব্যাঘাত। মাথা ঘোরা, মাথাব্যথা, বমি বমি ভাব, অম্বল এবং এপি-গ্যাস্ট্রিক ব্যথা।

লৌহঘটিত ফিউমারেট: অ্যাসকরবিক অ্যাসিডের সাথে গ্রহণ করলে লোহার মৌখিক শোষণ বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে। মৌখিক পথের মাধ্যমে একযোগে নেওয়া হলে কুইনোলোনস এবং টেট্রাসাইক্লাইনগুলির শোষণ হ্রাস করতে পারে। অ্যান্টাসিডের সাথে একযোগে অ্যাডমিন জিআই ট্র্যাক্ট থেকে লৌহঘটিত ফিউমারেটের শোষণকে কমিয়ে দিতে পারে। একযোগে নেওয়া হলে অন্ত্রে পেনিসিলামাইনের শোষণ হ্রাস করতে পারে। ফলিক অ্যাসিড: অ্যান্টিপিলেপ্টিকস, মৌখিক গর্ভনিরোধক, টিবি-বিরোধী ওষুধ, অ্যালকোহল, অ্যামিনোপ্টেরিন, মেথোট্রেক্সেট, পাইরিমেথামিন, ট্রাইমেথোপ্রিম এবং সালফোনামাইডের ফলে সিরাম ফোলেটের সংকোচন হ্রাস পেতে পারে। সিরাম ফেনাইটোইনের ঘনত্ব হ্রাস করে।
