5.1.1.1. Free delivery is applicable for orders equal to or above ৳999.

5.1.1.2. A delivery charge of ৳39 applies to orders below ৳999.

5.1.1.3. Express Delivery within the selected areas of the Dhaka Metropolitan area is available at ৳59.

5.1.2. Outside Dhaka:

5.1.2.1. Free delivery is applicable for orders equal to or above ৳1499.

5.1.2.2. A delivery charge of ৳59 applies to orders below ৳1499.

5.1.2.3. Express Delivery is not available outside Dhaka.

5.2. Delivery Time:

5.2.1. Inside Dhaka: Products will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after placing an order.

5.2.2. Express Delivery: Available in select areas; products will be delivered within 4 hours, based on scheduled delivery time slots.

5.2.3. Outside Dhaka: Products will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after placing an order.

5.3. Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

৩.১. আরোগ্য একটি লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং এটি এর সমস্ত পরিষেবা যোগ্য এবং নিবন্ধিত ফার্মাসিস্টদের কঠোর তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত করে। আরোগ্যর সাথে যুক্ত সমস্ত ফার্মাসিস্ট পেশাগত নৈতিকতা এবং সরকারী নীতিমালা মেনে চলে, যা সর্বোচ্চ মানের ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল কেয়ার নিশ্চিত করে।

   ৫.১.১.২. ৳৯৯৯ এর কম অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ হবে ৳৩৯।
   ৫.১.১.৩. ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটনের নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি চার্জ হবে ৳৫৯।
৫.১.২. ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে:
   ৫.১.২.১. ৳১৪৯৯ বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
   ৫.১.২.২. ৳১৪৯৯ এর কম অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ হবে ৳৫৯।
   ৫.১.২.৩. ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সেবাটি নেই।
৫.২. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা:
৫.২.১. ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: অর্ডার করার পর ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।
৫.২.২. এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: নির্দিষ্ট কিছু এলাকায় এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সেবাটি আছে; নির্ধারিত সময় স্লট অনুযায়ী ৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।
৫.২.৩. ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: অর্ডার করার পর ৩ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।
৫.৩. ডেলিভারির সময়সূচি অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে,যার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয় খারাপ আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট, বা লজিস্টিক ব্যাঘাত ইত্যাদি।

৬. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

৬.১. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা:
৬.১.১. আপনার একাউন্টের নাম এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৬.১.২. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে পরিচালিত যেকোনো কার্যক্রম, হোক তা অনুমোদিত বা অননুমোদিত, তার জন্য আপনি দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন।
৬.১.৩. যদি আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের নিয়ে সন্দেহ হয়, তবে তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আরোগ্যকে জানাতে হবে।

৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রচারণা

৭.১. ডিসক্লেইমার:
৭.১.১. আরোগ্য তার প্ল্যাটফর্মে তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রচারণা,তাদের পণ্য, বা পরিষেবা প্রদর্শন করতে পারে।
৭.১.২. আমরা এইসব পণ্য এবং পরিষেবার গুণমান, উপযুক্ততা, বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতার নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।
৭.১.৩. আরোগ্যের প্লাটফর্মে যে কোনো থার্ড পার্টির অফার যাচাই এবং এর উপযুক্ততা মূল্যায়ন করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।

৮. ইন্টালেকচুয়াল প্রোপার্টির অধিকার

৮.১. মালিকানা:
৮.১.১. প্ল্যাটফর্মের সমস্ত উপকরণ, এবং সফটওয়্যার আরোগ্যর মালিকানাধীন, লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত, কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং অন্যান্য ইন্টালেকচুয়াল প্রোপার্টির আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
৮.২. অনুমোদিত ব্যবহার:

৮.৩.১. আরগ্যর পূর্বলিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি প্ল্যাটফর্মের কন্টেন্ট পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, সংশোধন, বা এর থেকে ডেরিভেটিভ কাজ তৈরি করতে পারবেন না।

৯. অগ্রহনযোগ্য ব্যবহার

৯.১. অবৈধ কার্যক্রম:
৯.১.১. আপনি প্ল্যাটফর্মটি কোনো অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে বা প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘনের জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
৯.২. বাণিজ্যিক অপব্যাবহার:
৯.২.১. আরোগ্যর পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া প্ল্যাটফর্ম এবং এর বিষয়বস্তু অননুমোদিত বাণিজ্যিক কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
৯.৩. পরিষেবার ব্যাঘাত:
৯.৩.১. ব্যবহারকারীরা প্ল্যাটফর্মের কার্যক্রমে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে পারবেন না, ক্ষতিকারক ফাইল আপলোড করতে পারবেন না, বা সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের চেষ্টা করতে পারবেন না।

১০. নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের জন্য দায়বদ্ধতা

১০.১. লঙ্ঘনের পরিণতি:

১০.১.১. এই শর্তাবলী মেনে না চললে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে, আইনগত পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হতে পারে, বা ক্ষতিপূরণের জন্য আর্থিক দাবি করা হতে পারে।
১০.১.২. আরোগ্য ব্যবহারকারীর লঙ্ঘনের ফলে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি এবং আইনগত খরচের জন্য দাবি করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

১১. উপকরণ এবং পরিষেবার সীমাবদ্ধতা

১১.১. কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নেই:
১১.১.১. আরোগ্য এটা নিশ্চিত করে না যে প্ল্যাটফর্মের উপকরণগুলো আপনার প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করবে বা এগুলো ত্রুটি, ভাইরাস, বা নিরাপত্তা দুর্বলতা থেকে মুক্ত থাকবে।
১১.২. পরিষেবা সংশোধন:
১১.২.১. আরোগ্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই প্ল্যাটফর্মের যেকোনো অংশ সংশোধন, স্থগিত, বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখে।

১২. বাহ্যিক লিঙ্ক

১২.১. তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট:
১২.১.১. ব্যবহারকারীদের সুবিধার জন্য বাহ্যিক ওয়েবসাইটের লিঙ্ক প্রদান করা হয়।
১২.১.২. তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের বিষয়বস্তু, গোপনীয়তার চর্চা, বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতার জন্য আরোগ্য কোনোভাবে দায়বদ্ধ নয়।

১৩. জরিপ এবং কন্টেস্ট

১৩.১. স্বেচ্ছামূলক অংশগ্রহণ:
১৩.১.১. সার্ভে , কন্টেস্ট, বা রেফারাল প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণ সম্পূর্ণ স্বেচ্ছামূলক।
১৩.১.২. এই কার্যক্রম চলাকালে সংগৃহীত তথ্য পরিষেবার উন্নতি বা বিজয়ীদের জানাতে ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।

১৪.১.১. আরোগ্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে ব্যবহারকারীর কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১৪.১.২. শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হতে পারে, যার মধ্যে অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা অথবা যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।

১৫. নিরাপত্তা এবং সংক্রমণের ঝুঁকি

১৫.১. অনলাইন ঝুঁকি:
১৫.১.১. আরোগ্য উপযুক্ত নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করলেও, ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে প্রেরিত তথ্য সর্বদা নিরাপদ নাও হতে পারে।
১৫.১.২. ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের তথ্য নিজ দায়িত্বে প্রেরণ করবেন, এবং এতে যদি কোন ব্যাঘাত ঘটে তার জন্য আরোগ্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

১৬. তথ্যের সঠিকতা

১৬.১. ডিসক্লেইমার:
১৬.১.১. আরোগ্য সবসময় সঠিক এবং হালনাগাদআকৃত তথ্য প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করে, তবে এইসব তথ্যের সম্পুর্নতা নিশ্চিত করে না।
১৬.১.২. ব্যবহারকারীদের উচিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিবরণ ভালো ভাবে যাচাই করা বা প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে পেশাদার পরামর্শ নেওয়া।

১৭. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

১৭.১. ব্যতিক্রমসমূহ:
১৭.১.১. আরোগ্য যাবতীয় পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

১৮. প্রেসক্রিপশন অর্ডারিং সার্ভিস

১৮.১. সাধারণ শর্ত:
১৮.১.১. আরোগ্য এমন ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছ থেকে প্রেসক্রিপশন ওষুধের অর্ডার গ্রহণ করে যারা কিছু পূর্বশর্ত পূরণ করে।
১৮.১.২. বাংলাদেশে লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারী ব্যাক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক ইস্যু করা একটি বৈধ প্রেসক্রিপশন সমস্ত “প্রেসক্রিপশন অর্ডারের” জন্য আবশ্যক।
১৮.২. যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়া:
১৮.২.১. অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় সরবরাহকৃত তথ্যের মাধ্যমে প্রেসক্রিপশন যাচাই করা হবে।
১৮.২.২. যদি তথ্যের কোনো অমিল পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে আমরা গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বিষয়টি সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবো।
১৮.৩. পূর্ণাঙ্গ শর্তাবলী:

১৯. ই-কনসালটেশন সার্ভিস

১৯.১. সেবার পরিধি:
১৯.১.১. আরোগ্য নিবন্ধিত চিকিৎসকদের সাথে ভিডিও/অডিও কনফারেন্সিং, চ্যাট বা অন্যান্য মাধ্যমে টেলিকনসালটেশন সেবা প্রদান করে।
১৯.১.২. এই সেবা সাধারণ পরামর্শের জন্য। এটি ফিজিক্যাল মেডিক্যাল কনসালটেশনের বিকল্প নয়।
১৯.২. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:
১৯.২.১. ব্যবহারকারীদের পরামর্শের সময় সঠিক স্বাস্থ্য তথ্য (যেমন, মেডিক্যাল ইতিহাস, উপসর্গ) প্রদান করতে হবে।
১৯.২.২. জরুরি পরিস্থিতির জন্য ই-কনসালটেশন পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
১৯.৩. সীমাবদ্ধতা:
১৯.৩.১. চিকিৎসকরা প্রাথমিক তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রেসক্রিপশন ও অতিরিক্ত ডায়াগনস্টিক পরীক্ষা সুপারিশ করতে পারেন।
১৯.৩.২. আরোগ্য একটি মধ্যস্থতাকারী প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসাবে কাজ করে এবং এটি চিকিৎশকের অবহেলা, ভুল প্রেসক্রিপশন বা অসন্তোষজনক পরামর্শের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
১৯.৪. সম্মতি:
১৯.৪.১.এই সেবাটি ব্যবহার করে, ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের চিকিৎসার তথ্য চিকিৎসকদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুসারে তার সংরক্ষণে সম্মত হন।
১৯.৫. মূল্য ফেরত পলিসি:
১৯.৫.১. বাতিল হয়ে যাওয়া ই-কনসালটেশন সার্ভিস এর রিফান্ড আরোগ্যের পণ্যের/সেবার মূল্য ফেরত নীতিতে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলীর অধীন।

২০. সাবস্ক্রিপশন মডেল

২০.১. সেবার বিবরণ:
২০.১.১. ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পুনরাবৃত্তিমূলক ওষুধ সরবরাহের জন্য সাবস্ক্রাইব করতে পারেন।
২০.২. কাস্টমাইজেশন এবং প্রক্রিয়াকরণ:
২০.২.১. সাবস্ক্রিপশন পরিকল্পনাগুলি কাস্টমাইজ করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
২০.২.২. সাবস্ক্রিপশন মডেলের অধীনে অর্ডার নির্ধারিত সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রদান করা হয়।
২০.৩. প্রচারমূলক অফার:
২০.৩.১. চলমান প্রমোশোনাল অফারগুলো সাবস্ক্রিপশন অর্ডারের সঙ্গে একত্রিত করা যাবে না।
২০.৪. সীমাবদ্ধতা:
২০.৪.১. এই সাবস্ক্রিপশন অর্ডার, প্রাপ্যতা এবং প্রযোজ্য অন্যান্য শর্তাবলীর উপর নির্ভরশীল।

২১. অর্ডার সম্পাদন এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ

২১.১. মূল্য নির্ধারণের আনুমানিকতা:
২১.১.১. প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত মূল্যগুলি আনুমানিক। চূড়ান্ত মূল্য পণ্যের ব্যাচের বিবরণের উপর নির্ভর করে এবং এটি ইনভয়েসে প্রতিফলিত হবে।
২১.২. পেমেন্ট সমন্বয়:
২১.২.১. চূড়ান্ত মূল্য প্রিপেমেন্টের চেয়ে বেশি হলে, গ্রাহককে এই অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
২১.২.২. চূড়ান্ত মূল্য কম হলে, অতিরিক্ত অর্থ মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
২১.৩. রিফান্ড:
২১.৩.১. রিফান্ড আরগ্য রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হয়।
২১.৪. সম্পাদনার শর্তাবলী:
২১.৪.১. অর্ডারগুলো প্রেসক্রিপশনের বৈধতা এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হয়।

২২. এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস (ইডিএস)

২২.১. অগ্রাধিকার ডেলিভারি:
২২.১.১. ইডিএস নির্ধারিত সময় এবং কার্যদিবসে অগ্রাধিকার ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে।
২২.২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
২২.২.১. ইডিএসের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য, যা শহর, সময় এবং ডেলিভারি এলাকার ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তিত হয়।
২২.২.২. অর্ডার প্রেরণের পর সেবা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
২২.৩. প্রাপ্যতা:
২২.৩.১. ইডিএস নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় উপলব্ধ এবং অরগ্গার বিবেচনায় ছুটির দিনেও ডেলিভারি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।
২২.৪. পরিবর্তনের সীমাবদ্ধতা:
২২.৪.১. অর্ডার গ্রহণের পর ডেলিভারির বিবরণ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

২৩. অর্ডার যাচাইকরণ এবং ফেরত

২৩.১. যাচাইকরণের দায়িত্ব:
২৩.১.১. ব্যবহারকারীদের ডেলিভারির সময় তাদের অর্ডারের পণ্য সামগ্রী যাচাই করে গ্রহন করতে হবে।
২৩.২. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড:
২৩.২.১. শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়।
২৩.২.২. আংশিক রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়; পুরো অর্ডার রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য হতে হবে।
২৩.৩. চূড়ান্ত স্বীকৃতি:
২৩.৩.১. একবার অর্ডার যাচাই এবং গ্রহণ করা হলে, এটিতে ত্রুটি না থাকলে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
২৩.৪. প্যাকেজিং সম্পর্কিত উদ্বেগ:
২৩.৪.১. ব্যবহারকারীদের খোলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্যাকেজ গ্রহণ করা উচিত নয় এবং এই সম্পর্কে আরোগ্যকে অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে।

২৪. কনটেন্ট এবং পোস্টিংয়ের সীমাবদ্ধতা

২৪.১. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:
২৪.১.১. ব্যবহারকারীদের নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে আরোগ্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে তারা কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করলে তা প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং নিয়মাবলীর সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হতে হবে।
২৪.১.২. ব্যবহারকারীদের কনটেন্ট মানহানিকর, আক্রমণাত্মক, অশ্লীল, যৌন উত্তেজক বা অন্য কোনোভাবে বেআইনি হওয়া উচিত নয়।
২৪.২. মেধাস্বত্বের সম্মতি:
২৪.২.১. ব্যবহারকারীরা এমন কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন না যা তাদের মালিকানাধীন নয় বা যা শেয়ার করার জন্য তাদের বৈধ অধিকার নেই।
২৪.৩. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম:
২৪.৩.১. ক্ষতিকারক, মানহানিকর বা অননুমোদিত কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
২৪.৩.২. আরোগ্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই অসম্মতিপূর্ণ কনটেন্ট সরিয়ে দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
২৪.৪. দায়িত্ব:
২৪.৪.১. যেকোনো নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের পরিণতির (আইনি দাবি বা জরিমানা) জন্য ব্যবহারকারীরা দায়ী থাকবেন।

২৫. ফার্মেসি সম্মতি

২৫.১. অংশীদার ফার্মেসির দায়িত্ব:
২৫.১.১. আরোগ্যের সাথে অংশীদার ফার্মেসিগুলোকে বাংলাদেশের সকল আইন মেনে চলতে হবে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা এবং মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ ইনভেন্টরি এড়িয়ে চলা।
২৫.১.২. ফার্মেসিগুলো তাদের ওষুধের গুণমান এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য বাধিত থাকবে।
২৫.২. আরোগ্যের ভূমিকা:
২৫.২.১.আরোগ্য কেবল একটি ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদানকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে, যা ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতাদের সংযোগ স্থাপন করে এবং অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সহজতর করে।
২৫.২.২. অংশীদার ফার্মেসিগুলোর কোনো অসম্মতি বা নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের জন্য আরোগ্য দায়ী নয়।
২৫.৩. অংশীদারিত্ব বাতিল:
২৫.৩.১. অংশীদার ফার্মেসিগুলো যদি মানদণ্ডে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে আরোগ্য তাদের সঙ্গে অংশীদারিত্ব বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২৬. তথ্য সম্মতি

২৬.১. আইনি অনুসরণ:
২৬.১.১. আরোগ্য ব্যক্তিগত এবং লেনদেনসংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ এবং ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সকল আইন মেনে চলে।
২৬.২. তথ্যের ব্যবহার:
২৬.২.১. তথ্য শুধুমাত্র আইনের প্রয়োজন বা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার উদ্দেশ্যে সংরক্ষিত হয়, যাতে ব্যবহারকারীর গোপনীয়তা এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা যায়।
২৬.৩. সরকারি সম্মতি:
২৬.৩.১. আইন অনুযায়ী বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুরোধে আরোগ্য ব্যাক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারে।

২৭. দৈব ঘটনা

২৭.১. দায়িত্বের ছাড়:
২৭.১.১. আরোগ্য তার নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে এমন পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নয়, যার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে এর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়:

২৮.১. দৈব দূর্ঘটনা ক্ষেত্রে, আরোগ্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সেবা স্থগিত বা প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২৯. শাসনকারী আইন এবং বিচারিক ক্ষেত্র

২৯.১. আইনি কাঠামো:
২৯.১.১. এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা শাসিত।
২৯.২. বিচারিক ক্ষেত্র:
২৯.২.১. এই শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত থাকবে।

৩০. ব্যবহারকারী চুক্তি

৩০.১. চুক্তির নিশ্চয়তা:
৩০.১.১. “I have read and accept the terms and conditions," এ ক্লিক করে, ব্যবহারকারীরা এখানে বর্ণিত সকল শর্ত মেনে নেওয়ার সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন।
৩০.২. চুক্তি বাতিলের অধিকার:
৩০.২.১. ব্যবহারকারীরা যদি এই শর্তাবলী আর না মানতে চান, তবে তারা আরোগ্যকে জানিয়ে তাদের নিবন্ধন বাতিল করতে পারেন।

৩১. রেফারেল প্রোগ্রাম

৩১.১. যোগ্যতা:
৩১.১.১. রেফারেল প্রোগ্রাম শুধুমাত্র নতুন গ্রাহকদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য যারা সফলভাবে রেফারেল কোড ব্যবহার করে তাদের প্রথম অর্ডার দেন এবং গ্রহণ করেন।
৩১.২. পুরস্কার প্রদান:
৩১.২.১. রেফারেল পুরস্কারের কুপন রেফারের অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হয় রেফার করা বন্ধুর সফল অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পর।
৩১.৩.আরোগ্যর বিবেচনা:
৩১.৩.১. আরোগ্য যেকোনো সময় রেফারেল প্রত্যাখ্যান করার বা প্রোগ্রামের শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩২. অধিকার সংরক্ষণ

৩২.১. পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার:
আরোগ্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা সম্পাদন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৩২.২. সেবা সমন্বয়:
আরোগ্য তার সেবার যেকোনো অংশ স্থগিত, প্রত্যাহার বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৩২.৩. ব্যবহারকারীর সম্মতি:
ব্যবহারকারীরা যে কোনো পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্মের ব্যবহার আপডেট করা শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়ার সম্মতি প্রদান করে।
