- Apilast is a well-tolerated medicine. Mild stomach upset may occur early during the treatment.
- Monitor your weight regularly as Apilast may cause weight loss.
- Your doctor will gradually increase the dose from day 1 to day 6 of treatment, after which it may be kept constant.
