- It may cause dizziness. If this happens to you, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- It can hide symptoms of low blood sugar if you are diabetic. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly.
- Do not stop taking Celipress suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Indication
Hypertension, Angina pectoris
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach. Take at least ½ hr before or 2 hr after meals.
Adult Dose
Oral Hypertension Adult: 200-400 mg once daily.
Renal Dose
Renal impairment: CrCl (ml/min) 15-40 100-200 mg/day. <15 Avoid.
