Job Responsibilities

·     Maintain brand standards and guidelines by ensuring consistency across all designs. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

·     Design digital media creatives for social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics.

·     Must be proficient on High End Photo retouch (Product/People), Color correction, Masking, Shadow, Background removal, Background Design.

·     Create Leaflets, Flyers, 2D Illustration, layout and Advertising materials and prepare output, check sample and Experience with color theory.

·     Basic Copy-writing Skills and Content Creation and Converting briefs into creative visuals.

·     Have a sharp sense of urgency with positive attitude.

·     Maintain brand consistency through all the projects.

·     Knowledge of social media posts, banners, and other photo sizing resolutions.

·     Researching, gathering knowledge about the Competitor, Audience and Industry also submit the report.

·     Create short videos of different corporate events of Arogga.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
• Diploma in Graphics Design/ Fine Arts/ Bachelor in Graphics Design.
• Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
• If you have nice portfolio but not adequate educational qualification you may still apply for this position.

 Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Advertising Agency, Creating Visualization, Graphics Design, illustration and video editing

Additional Requirements

·       Age at least 26 to 32 years

·       Tech-savvy & Smart

·       Understand the startup vibe and culture

·       Proven work experience with e-commerce, startup or any agency experience will get preference

·       To understand the business and active involvement with management are required

·       Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team player.

·       Proficient in Bangla & English (oral and written).

·       Knowledge in Brand Principles

·       Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop & Video Editing.

·       Expertise in Adobe After Effect will add benefit.

·       Expert to making video
