Mid-level Developer (MERN)

 

Job Responsibilities
•    Must have deep knowledge and understanding in: React Native & Next JS
•    Must have experience on MongoDB, Express, React, React Native, NodeJS, NextJS, socket for development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse PC/Android/Apple devices.
•    Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
•    Experience of use automatic testing tools.
•    Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
•    Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
•    Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
•    Peer review code, feedback changes if required
•    Build/maintain testable, scalable solution
•    Self-starter who can manage the workload of the tech team, priorities, and assign jobs as per their expertise, setting targets and meet them
•    Help junior team members learn and grow their expertise

•    Understand the startup vibe and culture
•    Strong knowledge of AWS solutions, especially – EC2, RDS, S3, SES, SQS, IAM, Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancer, Forecast,
•    Experience of LAMP, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
•    Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications to back-end services
•    Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices
•    Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
•    Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
•    Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
•    Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
•    A knack for benchmarking and optimization
•    Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
•    Familiarity with continuous integration

Salary
BDT. 40,000 – 70,000 (will be offered depending on the experience)

Compensation & Other Benefits
•    Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 9AM to 6PM (or equivalent hours)
•    Two festival bonuses 
•    Two-day weekends
