Technical Project Manager

About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with solid technical background, understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies in MERN (MongoDB Express React Node) and LEMP (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) stack.

Job Responsibilities
* Planning and organizing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve project objectives.
* Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
* Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
* Writing a full Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the project's objectives, scope, timeline, deliverables, and other important details.
* Ensuring that the SOW accurately reflects the project requirements and that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of what is expected and what will be delivered.
* Managing project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget changes, and ensuring that project deliverables meet business requirements.
* Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with project management standards, processes, and methodologies, and providing guidance to team members on project management best practices.

* Proven work experience as Product/Project Manager in a Start-up, e-commerce.
* Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
* Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies in MERN (MongoDB Express React Node) and LEMP (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) stack
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Salary and benefits:
* Job type: Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 9AM to 6PM (or equivalent hours)
* Location: Dhaka (One of the nicest offices in Bangladesh, pay a visit before joining).
* Salary: 60k to 120k; will be offered depending on the experience (subject to statutory deductions)
* Bonus: Two festival bonuses (each half of your one month gross salary)
