Job Responsibilities

·         Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction.

·         Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

·         Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

·         Well-behaved and understanding of prescription.

Educational Requirements

·         B. Pharma/M. Pharma degree from any recognized university.

·         A Grade certification must need.

• Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.

• Ability to work in fast paced work environment.
• Daily 8 hours duty.
• 1 day off per week
