প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতিটি আলগা মল বা বমির পরে 200-400 মিলি প্রস্তুত স্যালাইন। দৈনিক ডোজ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং ক্ষতি পূরণের জন্য রোগীদের তরল প্রয়োজনের সমতুল্য হওয়া উচিত। স্যালাইন থেরাপির সময় প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে স্বাভাবিক খাবার চালিয়ে যেতে হবে।

শিশু ডোজ

10 বছরের বেশি বয়সী শিশু: প্রতিটি আলগা মল বা বমির পরে 200-400 মিলি প্রস্তুত স্যালাইন। 2 থেকে 10 বছর বয়সী শিশু: প্রতিটি আলগা মল বা বমির পর 100-200 মিলি প্রস্তুত মৌখিক স্যালাইন। 2 বছরের কম বয়সী শিশু: প্রতিটি আলগা মল বা বমির পরে 10 থেকে 20 চামচ (50-100 মিলি) প্রস্তুত স্যালাইন। দৈনিক ডোজ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং ক্ষতি পূরণের জন্য রোগীদের তরল প্রয়োজনের সমতুল্য হওয়া উচিত। স্যালাইন থেরাপির সময় মা তাদের সন্তানকে বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানো বন্ধ করবেন না।
