মৌখিক ভিটামিন A-এর অভাব প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের: কর্নিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সাথে গুরুতর ঘাটতির জন্য: 3 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন 500,000 ইউনিট, তারপরে 2 সপ্তাহের জন্য প্রতিদিন 50,000 ইউনিট এবং তারপর ফলো-আপ থেরাপি হিসাবে 2 মাস ধরে প্রতিদিন 10,000-20,000 ইউনিট। কর্নিয়ার পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে: ক্লিনিকাল উন্নতি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রতিদিন 10,000-25,000 ইউনিট (সাধারণত 1-2 সপ্তাহ)।
