প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ডোজ

ওরাল অ্যাডাল্ট ট্যাবলেট: স্বাভাবিক ডোজগুলি প্রতিদিন 2 থেকে 6 টি ট্যাবলেট (100-300 মিলিগ্রাম) প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভক্ত মাত্রায়। প্যারেন্টেরাল ইনজেকশন: প্রতিদিন 3 বার ধীর IV/IM ইনজেকশন দ্বারা 1 অ্যাম্পুল।
