প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ডোজ

ট্যাবলেট: প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের: 40 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার। সিরাপ: প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 20 মিলি (4 চা চামচ) প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার।

শিশু ডোজ

ট্যাবলেট: 2 থেকে 6 মাস বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য: 10 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক 10-14 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন একবার। 6 মাস থেকে 5 বছর বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য: 20 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক 10-14 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন একবার। অন্যান্য ইঙ্গিতগুলির জন্য শিশুদের জন্য প্রস্তাবিত ডোজ হল 2 থেকে 2.5 মিলিগ্রাম/কেজি/দিন। 10 কেজির কম বয়সী শিশু: 10 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক প্রতিদিন 2 বার ভাগ করা হয়। 10 থেকে 30 কেজির মধ্যে শিশু: 20 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার ভাগ করা হয়। 30 কেজির বেশি শিশুর শরীরের ওজন: 40 মিলিগ্রাম জিঙ্ক প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার ভাগ করা হয়। সিরাপ: 10 কেজির কম বয়সী শিশু : 5 মিলি (1 চা চামচ) দিনে 2 বার বিভক্ত। 10 - 30 কেজির মধ্যে শিশু : 10 মিলি (2 চা চামচ) প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার বিভক্ত। 30 কেজির বেশি শিশু : 20 মিলি (4 চা চামচ) প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার ভাগ করা হয়।

বিরোধীতা

এটি Zinc-এর প্রতি অত্যধিক সংবেদনশীলতাযুক্ত রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে নিষেধ।

সতর্কতা

কিডনি ব্যর্থতার ক্ষেত্রে জিঙ্ক জমা হতে পারে। খাদ্য জিঙ্কের শোষণ হ্রাস করতে পারে। তাই রোগীদের খাবারের কমপক্ষে 1 ঘন্টা আগে বা 2 ঘন্টা পরে প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া
