বিরোধীতা

এই ওষুধটি নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে নিষেধ করা হয়- • হারপিস সিমপ্লেক্স ইত্যাদি দ্বারা সৃষ্ট কর্নিয়া এবং কনজাংটিভা এর ভাইরাল সংক্রমণ • কর্নিয়া এবং কনজাংটিভা ছত্রাকের সংক্রমণ • যক্ষ্মা সংক্রমণ • কর্নিয়ার আলসারাস প্রক্রিয়া • এই ফর্মুলেশনের যে কোনও উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।

ফ্লুরোমেথলোন পলিমারফোনিউক্লিয়ার লিউকোসাইটের স্থানান্তরকে দমন করে এবং কৈশিক ব্যাপ্তিযোগ্যতা বর্ধিত করে এইভাবে প্রদাহ হ্রাস করে। কনজেক্টিভা ধমনীতে আলফা-অ্যাড্রেনার্জিক রিসেপ্টরকে উদ্দীপিত করতে পারে; ভাসোকনস্ট্রিকশন তৈরি করে। কনজাংটিভাতে প্রয়োগ করা হলে মাইড্রিয়াসিস তৈরি হতে পারে, তবে এই প্রভাবটি সাধারণত অকুলার ডিকনজেস্ট্যান্ট হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত ঘনত্বের সাথে ন্যূনতম।
