প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের মুখ/গলায় মুখের ঘা: 0.1% পেস্টের একটি ছোট পরিমাণ (প্রায় 0.6 সেমি) একটি পাতলা ফিল্ম তৈরি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ঘষা ছাড়াই ঘাটিতে চাপ দেওয়া হয়। দিনে 2 বা 3 বার প্রয়োগ করুন, বিশেষত খাবারের পরে। চিকিত্সার 7 দিনের পরে পুনরুদ্ধার না হলে পুনরায় মূল্যায়ন করুন।

বিরোধীতা

চিকিত্সা না করা পদ্ধতিগত ছত্রাক, ব্যাকটেরিয়া, ভাইরাল বা পরজীবী সংক্রমণ, অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।

কর্মের মোড

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া

স্থানীয় জ্বলন, চুলকানি, জ্বালা, জিআই আপসেট; মুখের মিউকোসার ভঙ্গুরতা বৃদ্ধি।

মিথষ্ক্রিয়া

প্লাজমা স্যালিসিলেটের মাত্রা হ্রাস। এনএসএআইডিগুলির সাথে জিআই রক্তপাত এবং আলসারেশনের ঝুঁকি বেড়ে যায়। বিরোধী রক্তের গ্লুকোজ-হ্রাসকারী অ্যান্টিডায়াবেটিক প্রভাব। অ্যামফোটেরিসিন বি, বিটা অ্যাগোনিস্ট, বিটা-ব্লকার, পটাসিয়াম-হ্রাসকারী মূত্রবর্ধক, থিওফাইলিনের সাথে হাইপারক্যালেমিয়ার ঝুঁকি বেড়ে যায়। সাইক্লোস্পোরিন, কার্বামাজেপাইন, ফেনাইটোইন, বারবিটুরেট, রিফাম্পিসিনের সাথে ট্রায়ামসিনোলোনের বর্ধিত ক্লিয়ারেন্স। লাইভ ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া হলে সংক্রমণ হতে পারে।
