Arq Ajwain is a traditional Unani herbal distillate prepared from Trachyspermum ammi (Ajwain). It is widely used to relieve indigestion, gas, flatulence, abdominal discomfort, and digestive weakness. Ajwain is known for its strong carminative, stomachic, liver-supporting, and antispasmodic properties.

This formulation helps strengthen the stomach and liver, improve digestive power, and reduce heaviness and bloating. It is also beneficial in conditions associated with liver dysfunction and anaemia caused by poor digestion.

2–3 teaspoonfuls, 3–4 times daily,
