Usage Direction

For Topical Application: Apply to the chest, throat, and back as directed. Use only externally. Do not swallow, place inside the nostrils, or apply to broken, damaged, or bandaged skin.

For Steam Inhalation: For adults and children over 6 years, add 1–2 teaspoons to a bowl of hot, non-boiling water and gently inhale the vapors for 10–15 minutes. Steam inhalation may be repeated up to 3 times daily. Do not heat or reheat the product with water, and closely supervise children to prevent scalding.

For children, use according to the product directions and appropriate age recommendations. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist for more than a week or when use is being considered during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
