মিথষ্ক্রিয়া

ডিজিটালিস; কেটোকোনাজল এবং অন্যান্য শক্তিশালী P450 3A ইনহিবিটর যেমন অ্যাটাজানাভির, ক্ল্যারিথ্রোমাইসিন, ইন্ডিনাভির, ইট্রাকোনাজোল, নেফাজোডোন, নেলফিনাভির, রিটোনাভির, সাকুইনাভির, টেলিথ্রোমাইসিন, ভোরিকোনাজোল। কোলেস্টাইরামাইন (শুধুমাত্র ক্যাপ) এর শোষণে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে পারে। প্রেসক্রিপশন-ভিত্তিক ফসফেট বা ভিট ডি-সম্পর্কিত ওষুধ এবং Ca-যুক্ত প্রিপ বা থিয়াজাইড মূত্রবর্ধক দ্বারা হাইপারক্যালসেমিয়ার ঝুঁকি বেড়ে যায়। Mg- এবং আল-যুক্ত প্রস্তুতি (যেমন, অ্যান্টাসিড, ফসফেট-বাইন্ডার)।
