সম্প্রদায় অর্জিত ব্যাকটেরিয়া নিউমোনিয়া নিম্নলিখিত সংবেদনশীল অণুজীবের কারণে প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের মধ্যে সম্প্রদায়-অর্জিত ব্যাকটেরিয়া নিউমোনিয়া (CABP) এর চিকিত্সার জন্য নির্দেশিত: স্ট্রেপ্টোকক্কাস নিউমোনিয়া, স্ট্যাফিলোকক্কাস অরিয়াস (মেথিসিলিন-সংবেদনশীল আইসোলেটস), লিমিউনোম্যালিওনিয়াম, লিমিউনিউম্যাল, লিমিউনিউম্যাল, পেইলোকোকাস নিউমোনিয়া। mg IV q12hr বা 600 mg PO q12 hr চিকিত্সার সময়কাল: 5-7 দিন

বিরোধীতা

লেফামুলিন বা প্লুরোমুটিলিন অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক শ্রেণীর অন্য কোনো সদস্য বা জেনলেটার কোনো উপাদানের প্রতি পরিচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতা আছে এমন রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে লেফামুলিন ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।

সতর্কতা

লেফামুলিন গ্রহণকারী রোগীদের মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করা সবচেয়ে সাধারণ প্রতিকূল প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে ডায়রিয়া, বমি বমি ভাব, ইনজেকশন সাইটে প্রতিক্রিয়া, লিভারের এনজাইম বৃদ্ধি এবং বমি।
