Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the protective tab.

2. Press straight down and screw until locked.

3. Remove and save the outer protective cap, then remove the inner protective cap.

4. Inject insulin according to your physician’s instructions.

5. Replace the outer protective cap after injection.

6. Unscrew and safely dispose of the used needle in a sharps container.

Warnings & Cautions:

• Do not use if the needle is bent, damaged, or if the protective tab is missing.

• Avoid reusing needles to prevent infection or injury.

• Apply correct injection force to avoid breakage, tissue damage, or bleeding.

• Change injection sites regularly to prevent tissue hardening.

• Store needles in a dry place at room temperature, away from chemicals.

• Hold the needle in place for ~10 seconds after injection if insulin continues to drip.
