উপাদান: বাসক

বাসক পাতার উপকারিতাঃ
১। বুকে কফের জন্য শ্বাসকষ্ট ও কাশি হলে বাসক পাতা ১/২ চা চামচ মধু সহ খেলে কফ সহজে বেরিয়ে আসে।
২। বাসক পাতার রসপর সাথে ১/ ২ চামচ মধু মিলিয়ে খেলে ছোট বড় সবারি সর্দি কাশি উপশম হয়।
৩। বাসক পাতার রস ১ বা ২ চামচ মধু সহ খেলে জন্ডিস রোগে উপকার পাওয়া যায়।
৪। বাসক পাতা হাঁপানিতে খুবি কার্যকরী।
৫। বাসক পাতার সাথে কাঁচা হলুদ বেটে দাদ চুলকানিতে লাগালে কয়েকদিনের মধ্যে তা সেরে যায়।
৬। বাসক পাতা দীর্ঘক্ষণ পানিতে রাখলে পানি বিশুদ্ধ হয়।
৭। বাসক পাতার রস নিয়মিত খেলে খিঁচুনি রোগ সারে।

সেবন পদ্ধতিঃ ৫ গ্রাম বা ১ চা চামচ পাউডার ১ কাপ পানিতে কিছুক্ষণ ভিজিয়ে খাবেন।

Benefits of bask leaves:

Method of consumption: Soak 5 grams or 1 teaspoon of powder in 1 cup of water for a while.
