উপাদান: যষ্টিমধু 

যষ্টিমধুর উপকারিতাঃ
১। কাশি, গলা ব্যাথা ও রক্তক্ষরণ বন্ধে যষ্টিমধু অতুলনীয়।
২। মুখের দূর্গন্ধ দূর করে, রুচি বর্ধক।
৩। যারা এ্যাসিডিটিতে ভোগেন তারা ফুটনো গরম পানিতে যষ্টিমধু ভিজিয়ে ঠান্ডা করে মধু দিয়ে পান করুন।
৪। স্মৃতিশক্তি বাড়াতে দুধের সাথে যষ্টিমধুর গুড়া মিশিয়ে পান করুন।
৫। ত্বকে উজ্জ্বল ও মসৃণ করতে এবং বলিরেখা, ব্রণ ও দাগ দূর করতে যষ্টিমধুর সাথে মধু মিশেয়ে ব্যবহার করুন।
৬। যষ্টিমধু, তিলের তেল ও আমলকী একত্রে মিশিয়ে চুলে লাগালে চুল পড়া বন্ধ হয় ও খুশকি দূর হয়।
৭। যষ্টিমধুর গ্লাইসিরাইজিন বিষাক্ত পদার্থের কবল থেকে লিভার কোষ সমূহকে সুরক্ষা করে।

সেবন পদ্ধতিঃ ৫ গ্রাম বা ১ চা চামচ পাউডার ১ কাপ কুসুম গরম পানি /দুধ/ রং চায়ে মিশিয়ে খেতে পারেন।
