Melano CC Brightening Lotion (toner) is a gentle – yet hardworking – toner that helps to even the skin tone and revitalize tired skin with a cocktail of Vitamin C and Vitamin E.  Enhanced with an incredible blend of natural cardamom seeds, grapefruit and lemon extract, this toner also soothes and eases inflammation while  giving a shot of moisture to keep skin plumped and healthy all day long.   • After cleansing the face, apply the toner to a cotton pad or to the palms of your hand
