অ্যালুমিনিয়াম হাইড্রক্সাইড: সাইট্রেট বা অ্যাসকরবিক অ্যাসিডের সাথে বর্ধিত শোষণ। অ্যালোপিউরিনল, টেট্রাসাইক্লাইনস, কুইনোলোনস, সেফালোস্পোরিনস, বাইফসফোনেট ডেরিভেটিভস, কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েডস, সাইক্লোস্পোরিন, ডেলাভার্ডিন, ফে সল্ট, ইমিডাজল অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল, আইসোনিয়াজিড, মাইকোফেনোলেট, পেনিসিলাটেটোথেনফিনেস, ট্রাইফিনেসফিন, ট্রাইফিন, ট্রাইফিন, ট্রাই-এর শোষণ হ্রাস করে। ম্যাগনেসিয়াম হাইড্রক্সাইড: টেট্রাসাইক্লাইন এবং বাইফসফোনেটের শোষণ হ্রাস করে। প্রায় 2 ঘন্টার মধ্যে এই এবং অন্যান্য ওষুধের পৃথক প্রশাসন। সিমেথিকন: কোনোটিই ভালোভাবে নথিভুক্ত নয়।

অ্যালুমিনিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড: পেটের হাইড্রোক্লোরাইডকে নিরপেক্ষ করে AlCl3 লবণ প্লাস পানি তৈরি করে; গ্যাস্ট্রিক পিএইচ বাড়ায়। ম্যাগনেসিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড: তরল অসমোটিক ধারণ করে অন্ত্রের অপসারণকে উৎসাহিত করে, যার ফলে পেরিস্টালটিক কার্যকলাপ বৃদ্ধির সাথে কোলন বিস্তৃত হয়; হাইড্রোক্লোরিক অ্যাসিডের সাথে বিক্রিয়া করলে ম্যাগনেসিয়াম ক্লোরাইড তৈরি হয়। সিমেথিকোন: গ্যাস বুদবুদগুলির পৃষ্ঠের টান হ্রাস করে GI সিস্টেমে গ্যাস পকেটগুলি ছড়িয়ে দেয় এবং প্রতিরোধ করে।
