KLM Laboratories Glycolic Acid Cream 12% W/W (GA-12) is a clinically formulated exfoliating treatment designed to manage acne, acne scars, melasma, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and photoaging caused by prolonged sun exposure. Powered by 12% glycolic acid, this cream helps renew the skin’s surface, unclog pores, and promote a clearer, smoother, and more even complexion.

Glycolic acid, derived from sugarcane, works by increasing the turnover rate of epithelial (surface) skin cells. This controlled exfoliation helps peel away dead skin layers, reduce comedones (small acne bumps), and improve overall skin texture. The formula also exhibits antibacterial, antioxidant, keratolytic, comedolytic, and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce acne-causing bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes, calm inflammation, and minimize breakouts.
