মৌখিক আয়রন-ঘাটতি অ্যানিমিয়া প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: মৌলিক আয়রনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে প্রকাশ করা হয়। চিকিত্সা: প্রতিদিন 4 বার 60 মিলিগ্রাম পর্যন্ত 60 মিলিগ্রাম বিড। প্রতিরোধ: প্রতিদিন 60 মিলিগ্রাম।

শিশু ডোজ

মৌখিক আয়রন-ঘাটতি অ্যানিমিয়া শিশু: মৌলিক আয়রনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে প্রকাশ করা হয়। চিকিত্সা: গুরুতর: 4-6 মিগ্রা/কেজি/দিন 3 বিভক্ত ডোজে; হালকা থেকে মাঝারি: 3 মিগ্রা/কেজি/দিন 1-2 বিভক্ত ডোজে। প্রতিরোধ: 1-2 mgkg/দিন।

হেমোক্রোমাটোসিস, হেমোলাইটিক অ্যানিমিয়া।

কর্মের মোড

লৌহ-স্বল্পতা অ্যানিমিয়া প্রতিরোধ এবং চিকিত্সার জন্য লৌহঘটিত গ্লুকোনেট ব্যবহার করা হয়। এটি হিমোগ্লোবিন, মায়োগ্লোবিন এবং এনজাইমে পাওয়া লোহাকে প্রতিস্থাপন করে। এটি হিমোগ্লোবিনের মাধ্যমে অক্সিজেন পরিবহনের অনুমতি দেয়।

সতর্কতা

পেপটিক আলসার, এন্ট্রাইটিস বা আলসারেটিভ কোলাইটিস রোগীদের এবং যারা ঘন ঘন রক্ত সঞ্চালন করে তাদের এড়িয়ে চলুন। ভিটামিন ই সঞ্চয় (জন্মের সময় ঘাটতি) পূরণ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অকাল শিশুদের মধ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। অবিরাম মেনোরেজিয়া বা রক্তপাতের রোগীদের ছাড়া দীর্ঘায়িত চিকিত্সা (>6 মাস) এড়িয়ে চলুন। স্তন্যদান: বুকের দুধে বিতরণ করা, বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর জন্য নিরাপদ বলে বিবেচিত; বুকের দুধ সাধারণত শিশুর পুষ্টির চাহিদা মেটাতে যথেষ্ট আয়রন সরবরাহ করে; বুকের দুধে আয়রনের পরিমাণ সাধারণত মায়েদের আয়রনের অবস্থা দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয় না

অ্যান্টাসিড/H2 প্রতিপক্ষের সাথে একযোগে অ্যাডমিন লোহার শোষণ কমাতে পারে। ক্লোরামফেনিকল আয়রনের প্রতিক্রিয়া বিলম্বিত করতে পারে। আয়রন একসাথে দেওয়া হলে লেভোডোপা, মিথাইলডোপা এবং পেনিসিলামিনের শোষণ কমাতে পারে। কুইনোলোন বা টেট্রাসাইক্লাইন ব্যবহার করলে শোষণ হ্রাস পেতে পারে। ভিটামিন সি সহযোগে অ্যাডমিন আয়রন শোষণ বাড়াতে পারে।
