Dermiford Cream is a prescription-only combination topical medicine used for managing inflamed skin conditions with mixed infections, where fungal and bacterial infection may be present along with redness, itching, and swelling. It contains Clobetasol Propionate (a potent corticosteroid) to reduce inflammation and itching, Miconazole Nitrate (antifungal) to help treat fungal infections, Neomycin (antibiotic) to control bacterial infection, and Chlorhexidine (antiseptic) to reduce germs on the skin—used strictly as directed by a physician.

Composition (per w/w)

• Clobetasol Propionate IP ……… 0.05% w/w

• Neomycin Sulphate IP ……… 0.5% w/w (equivalent to Neomycin)

• Miconazole Nitrate IP ……… 2% w/w

• Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP ……… 0.2% w/w (equivalent to Chlorhexidine 0.1% w/w)

• Preservative: Chlorocresol IP

• Cream base ……… q.s.

How to Use
Apply only as directed by the physician. Use a thin layer on the affected area for the prescribed duration. Keep the tube tightly closed after use.

Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin unless advised. Do not use for longer than recommended, especially because it contains a potent steroid (clobetasol). Keep out of reach of children.
