How To Use:

Tie two knots on both edges of the napkin to get started. A greater distance of the knots from the main pad is recommended.

Push ‘A’ loops (as shown on the package) of the elastic belt and tighten both knots.

Ensure that the shielded part of the napkin stays down, as shown in the package.

Now wear the napkin by pulling it to your waist and adjusting it according to your size and convenience.

How To Dispose Of:

Remove the used pad and roll it using tissue or paper. Throw it away in a trash can. Do not flush it down the toilet.
