প্রশাসন

inj-এর জন্য পাউড: inj-এর জন্য 150 mg/mL সলন তৈরি করতে 150 mg vial w/ 1 mL জীবাণুমুক্ত জল পুনর্গঠন করুন।

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ডোজ

Subcutaneous Plaque psoriasis প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 300 mg প্রতি সপ্তাহে 5 ডোজ, তারপর প্রতি মাসে 300 mg। প্রতিটি 300 মিলিগ্রাম ডোজ 150 মিলিগ্রামের 2টি ইনজেকশন হিসাবে দেওয়া হয়। প্রাথমিক ডোজ গ্রহণের 16 সপ্তাহের মধ্যে কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া না হলে চিকিত্সা পর্যালোচনা করুন। সোরিয়াটিক আর্থ্রাইটিস প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি সপ্তাহে 150 মিলিগ্রাম 5 ডোজ, তারপর প্রতি মাসে 150 মিলিগ্রাম, প্রতিক্রিয়া অপর্যাপ্ত হলে 300 মিলিগ্রামে বাড়তে পারে। সহাবস্থান মাঝারি থেকে গুরুতর প্লেক সোরিয়াসিস বা অ্যান্টি-টিএনএফ? অপর্যাপ্ত প্রতিক্রিয়াকারী: প্রতি সপ্তাহে 300 মিলিগ্রাম 5 ডোজ, তারপর প্রতি মাসে 300 মিলিগ্রাম। 16 সপ্তাহের পরে কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া না হলে চিকিত্সা পর্যালোচনা করুন। অ্যানকিলোজিং স্পন্ডিলাইটিস প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 150 মিলিগ্রাম সপ্তাহে একবার 5 সপ্তাহের জন্য, তারপরে মাসিক একবার। 16 সপ্তাহের পরে কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া না হলে চিকিত্সা পর্যালোচনা করুন।
