Directions for Use

1. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly.

2. Apply enough shampoo to produce a good lather.

3. Massage gently for one minute, then rinse with warm water.

4. Repeat the application.

5. Rinse well and dry hair.

Recommended Use:

• Use twice a week for 4 weeks, then once weekly or as directed by the physician.
