Composition (per 5 ml reconstituted):

• Lactobacillus casei: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Bifidobacterium breve: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Lactobacillus acidophilus: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Bifidobacterium longum: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Bifidobacterium infantis: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Bifidobacterium bifidum: 2.5 Billion CFU

• Streptococcus thermophilus: 4.0 Billion CFU

• Zinc Gluconate: 20 mg

• Fructo-Oligosaccharide (FOS): 20 mg

Other Ingredients:
Permitted color, added flavor, and Class II preservative.

Reconstitution Instructions:

1. Unscrew the bottle cap anti-clockwise to break the seal.

2. Tear open the sachet containing the probiotic powder and empty it into the bottle.

3. Shake vigorously until a uniform suspension is obtained.

4. Remove the cap and place the graduated dispenser.

5. Always shake well before every use.

6. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within 3 weeks.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C

• Protect from direct light
