Composition (Per 0.2 mL dose):

Active Substances:

• Inactivated antigens of Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus Subtype (H9N2) GI-like viruses
  (KSA2/H9.4.1.2 and KSA5/H9.4.1.3) ≥ 7 log HI.U¹

• Inactivated antigens of Newcastle Disease Virus
  Genotype II (LaSota) and Genotype VII.1.1 (RYD) ≥ 6 log HI.U¹ or 50 PD₅₀*

HI: Hemagglutination Inhibition — concentrations are expressed by antibody titer obtained during the potency test (1 unit corresponds to an antibody titer of 1).
PD: Minimum protective dose according to monograph 0870 of Ph. Eur.

Adjuvant: Montanide™ 0.13 mg

Target Species:

Chickens (broilers, future laying hens, and future breeders)

Indications:

For active immunization of chickens to reduce clinical signs and mortality caused by:

• Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (H9N2)

• Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV)

Immunity:

• Onset: 3 weeks after vaccination

• Duration: 4–6 weeks after vaccination

Dosage & Administration:

• Route: Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection

• Dose: 0.2 to 0.5 mL (depending on the bird’s age)
