Kali Sulphuricum 12X Biochemic Tablet (450gm) by Pragati Homoeo (also known as Potassium Sulphate / Kalium Sulphuricum) is a homeopathic biochemic tissue salt from Schuessler’s Twelve Tissue Salts, traditionally used to support concerns related to the skin, mucous membranes, respiratory system, and joints—especially when symptoms involve yellow, thick/slimy discharge or peeling/scaling skin.

It is commonly used for moist, sticky skin eruptions (such as eczema), dandruff, acne, and itchy or peeling skin, helping support normal skin recovery and regeneration.
