• Ketoconazole IP 2% w/v

• Shampoo base: q.s.

Directions (How to Use)

1. Wet hair and scalp

2. Apply shampoo and gently massage onto scalp

3. Leave on for 5 minutes

4. Rinse thoroughly with water

Recommended Usage (as printed)

• Use 5 ml, twice a week for 4 weeks

• Then use 5 ml once a week for maintenance

• Use as directed by the physician
