Medica Digital Blood Pressure Monitor Pulse Care (Code: 13530) is a convenient home-use BP monitor that measures blood pressure and heart rate and displays results in about 40 seconds. It features a color backlight indicator to help you understand your reading quickly—Green indicates normal blood pressure and Red indicates high blood pressure. Measurement unit: mmHg.

How to use: Relax your body before measuring. Sit comfortably with your palm facing up and keep the cuff parallel to your heart. Align the air tube with the artery position, wrap the cuff snugly (allow about one index finger space between cuff and arm), and keep your cuff/arm at the same level as the heart. Press Start and remain still while it measures.

Note: Avoid measuring right after meals, exercise, or strong emotions, as readings may be inaccurate.

ব্যবহারবিধি: মাপার আগে শরীর শান্ত রাখুন। আরাম করে বসুন, হাতের তালু ওপরে রাখুন এবং কাফটি হৃদপিণ্ডের সমান লেভেলে রাখুন। এয়ার টিউবটি ধমনীর লাইনের সাথে ঠিকভাবে বসিয়ে কাফটি টানটান করে পরুন (কাফ ও হাতের মাঝে একটি তর্জনী ঢোকার মতো ফাঁকা রাখুন)। এরপর Start চাপুন এবং মাপা শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত নড়াচড়া করবেন না।

নোট: খাবার খাওয়ার পরে, ব্যায়ামের পরে বা মানসিক চাপ/রাগ/উত্তেজনার সময় মাপলে রিডিং সঠিক নাও হতে পারে।
