How to use:
✔Test the same time every day
✔Put the cuff on your left arm and position the tube off-center toward the inner side of arm in line with the finger.
✔The arm cuff is moderately tied and one finger can fit in and keep the arm band 1-2cm below the elbow joint.
For best results,use your left arm as it is closer to your heart and the center of the armband is at the same height of the heart.
✔30 minutes prior to testing don’t eat,excise, smoke or drink alcohol.
✔while testing, sit in a relaxed position with your feet straight in front of you and your arm resting on a flat surface. Do not cross you legs.

Note:
1. Blood pressure varies constantly due to many factors including stress, time of day, and how you wrap the cuff, may affect your blood pressure
2. The monitor is used for measuring blood pressure of human body (adult older than 12, not suitable for new born baby)!
