Ingredients (As Stated) – Each 100g Contains

• Isabgol (Plantago ovata, seed husk) – 49.0g

• Svarnapatri (Cassia angustifolia, leaf) – 19.0g

• Kala Namak – 7.8g

• Saunf (Foeniculum vulgare, fruit)

• Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi, fruit) – 8.0g

• Triphala prepared from:

  • Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) – 6.5g

  • Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – 6.5g

  • Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) – 6.5g

• Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root)

• Nimbu Satva (Citrus limonum, satva)
  Preservatives: Sodium Methyl Paraben IP, Sodium Propyl Paraben IP

Dosage & Directions (As Stated)

• Adults & children above 12 years: 1–2 teaspoonfuls (5–10g) at bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
  How to take:

1. Use a dry spoon and add NatureCare into a clean tumbler

2. Add approx. 200ml water and stir briskly

3. Drink immediately

4. Follow with a full glass of water
