Welite Cream is a specialized triple-action skin brightening cream formulated to reduce hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It combines the efficacy of Hydroquinone (2% w/w), Tretinoin (0.025% w/w), and Mometasone Furoate (0.1% w/w) in a cream base to lighten pigmented areas while soothing the skin.

This cream is ideal for treating melasma, age spots, freckles, and other pigmentation issues under the guidance of a physician. Its formulation also contains preservatives (Methylparaben 0.02% w/w & Propylparaben 0.18% w/w) to maintain stability and shelf life.
