It helps support wound healing, skin regeneration, and healthy scar formation while helping improve the appearance of hypertrophic and keloid scars. It can be used for scars resulting from surgery, burns, trauma, amputation, and traumatic tendon contracture.
ScarFix Gel for Old & New Scars – 20g is indicated for the treatment of:
- Hypertrophic and keloid scars
- Surgical scars
- Scars following amputation
- Burn and trauma scars
- Scars associated with traumatic tendon contracture
Pharmacology
Allantoin stimulates cellular proliferation and epithelialization, supporting the development of healthy skin and an elastic scar surface. Allium cepa extract helps reduce inflammatory and allergic responses and inhibits the growth of fibroblasts involved in excessive scar formation. It also has bactericidal properties that support normal wound healing.
Dosage and Administration
Apply once daily for at least 8 weeks for new scars and 3–6 months for existing scars, or as directed by a physician.

Apply a thin layer of gel to the healed scar and gently massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed. Start treatment after the wound has closed. Do not apply over stitches; wait until the stitches have been removed.
