How to Insert & Clean Your Dahab Contact Lenses

1. Wash Hands: Always wash hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel before touching lenses.

2. Inspect: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and check that it is clean, undamaged, and right-side up (forming a smooth bowl shape).

3. Insert: Hold your upper eyelid open with your opposite hand, pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger, look straight ahead, and gently place the lens on the center of your eye.

4. Settle: Release eyelids slowly and blink several times to allow the lens to center smoothly.

5. After Use: Remove lenses carefully and clean them using a multipurpose contact lens disinfecting solution. Store in a clean lens case filled with fresh solution.
