How to Use

1. Before first use, rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water.

2. Sterilize it in boiling water for 5 minutes before first use.

3. Clean the bottle before use.

4. Fill with a suitable beverage and ensure the liquid is not above 50°C.

5. Close the cap securely before carrying.

6. Clean thoroughly after each use.

7. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
