Product Specifications

Easy Preparation Instructions (Stir-Dry Style)

1. Boil Water: Bring approximately 500ml of fresh water to a rolling boil in a small pot.

2. Cook Noodles: Add the noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, gently loosening them with chopsticks or a fork.

3. Drain Excess Water: Carefully drain most of the water, leaving about 2 to 3 tablespoons in the pot with the cooked noodles.

4. Mix Seasoning: Add the Hot Carbo seasoning powder and sauce sachets into the pan. Stir well over low heat for 30 seconds until the sauce coats the noodles in a thick, glossy glaze.

5. Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to a plate or bowl and serve hot.

Chef's Tip: Top with grated parmesan, a splash of milk while mixing, melted mozzarella, or a soft-boiled egg to make the carbonara sauce even richer!
