Some By Mi Skincare Products in Bangladesh
Some By Mi is a Korean skincare brand built around a small number of named lines rather than a long catalogue — the AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle range, Retinol Intense, Yuja Niacin, Snail Truecica and a Cica Peptide scalp pair.
Skincare holds almost the whole range. The sections below take the lines one at a time and say what the actives in each actually do. Two mistakes come up constantly with this brand: starting too fast, and layering things that should not meet.
Some By Mi, Some By Me
The brand ends in Mi, and a steady share of people search it as Me — or as Sum By Me. It is the same brand, and all of them find this range.
The product names are long because each one carries its line, its actives and its format. Reading them from the left is the quickest way through: the words after the brand name are the line, and the last word is what kind of product it is.
The AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Line
The line the brand is known for, aimed at congested and acne-prone skin, and it runs through every step:
- Some By Mi AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Acne Clear Foam and the smaller Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Acne Clear Foam 50ml
- Some By Mi AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner 150ml
- Some By Mi AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Serum
- Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA 14 Days Super Miracle Spot All Kill Cream
What the three acids each do
AHA is water-soluble and works on the surface, loosening dead cells and evening texture. BHA is oil-soluble, so it gets down into a pore and is the one that matters for blackheads and congestion. PHA is a larger molecule that penetrates less and is therefore gentler on reactive skin.
Having them together in one product is convenient rather than proportionally stronger. It also means you cannot leave one of them out, which is worth knowing if your skin turns out not to tolerate acids.
Do not use the whole line at once
The commonest mistake with this range is buying the set and using every step from day one. A foam, a toner and a serum all carrying acids is three exposures a day, and the result is usually a stinging, flaking face within a fortnight.
Start with one acid step, at night, two or three times a week. Add a second only once the first is comfortable. Sunscreen the next morning is not optional with any of them.
Retinol Intense
The ageing-focused line covers a serum and an eye cream: Some By MI Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum with 0.1% Retinol 1 ppm Retinal & 5000 ppm Bakuchiol and Some By Mi Retinol Intense Advanced Triple Action Eye Cream 30ml.
The first few weeks are meant to be unimpressive
Retinol speeds up how quickly skin turns over, and for the first month that often looks worse rather than better — dryness, flaking, and spots that were forming anyway arriving sooner. That period passes, and stopping in the middle of it is why most people conclude retinol did not work for them.
Twice a week at night to begin with, a pea-sized amount for the whole face, on dry skin, with moisturiser after. Build up slowly over months rather than weeks.
Not in pregnancy, and not with an acid the same night
Avoid retinol if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, and ask a doctor before using one at all in that period. This is the one skincare rule on the page that is not a matter of comfort.
Do not use retinol and an acid on the same night. Alternate them, or keep acids to two nights a week and retinol to the others. Both make skin more sun-sensitive, so the morning sunscreen matters more once either is in the routine.
Yuja Niacin
The Yuja Niacin line is built on niacinamide and yuja citrus, and runs across four steps:
- Some By Mi Yuja Niacin Brightening Moisture Gel Cream
- SOME BY Mi Yuja Niacin Anti Blemish Serum and Some by Mi Yuja Niacin Anti Blemish Cream
- SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin 30 Days Miracle Brightening Toner
- SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin Brightening All-In-One Cleanser 100ml
What niacinamide actually does
Niacinamide stops finished pigment being handed from the pigment cells to the surface cells, so it works on dark marks left behind by spots and by sun. It also helps the skin barrier hold water and moderates oil production, which is why it turns up in acne ranges as well as pigment ones.
It is slow. Expect a couple of months on an old mark, not a couple of weeks, and it does nothing at all for a mark it is not applied to regularly.
Sun protection decides the result
Dark marks are made and remade by ultraviolet light. Using a brightening product without daily sunscreen is asking it to undo something that is being renewed every morning, and it is the single commonest reason a routine like this produces nothing.
If you use only one thing alongside these, use sunscreen, every day, including when you are indoors near a window.
What brightening means, and what it does not
These products even out darker marks against the skin around them. They do not, and cannot, change the skin colour you were born with, and nothing in this range is a fairness product.
Melanin is what protects skin against ultraviolet damage. A skin that makes plenty of it is doing something useful rather than something that needs correcting, and the aim of a product like this is an even tone rather than a lighter one.
Snail Truecica and Barrier Repair
The repair side of the range covers:
- Some By Mi Snail Truecica Miracle Repair Serum
- Some By Mi Snail Truecica Miracle Repair Low pH Gel Cleanser
- Some by Mi Beta Panthenol Repair Serum
This is where to go when the acids or the retinol have gone too far. Products that never used to sting now do. Skin pulls after washing and the tightness does not pass. Flaking appears in patches and redness settles in. All of that is a damaged barrier, not a skin that needs something stronger.
The fix is to stop every active for a fortnight and use only a gentle wash, something repairing and sunscreen. Adding a repair serum while continuing what caused the damage rarely gets anywhere.
Spots and Spot Patches
Some By Mi Clear Spot Patch - 18 Patches covers an individual spot, and it does two useful things at once: it draws fluid out, and it physically stops you touching it.
The picking is what leaves the mark
Most of the dark marks and pitted scars people spend years treating were made by squeezing, not by the spot. Pressure pushes the contents deeper and widens the damage, and a patch worn overnight is largely a way of making that impossible.
When acne is past what a routine can do
Some situations are past what a routine can do. Deep painful lumps under the skin. Acne that is leaving scars or pitting. Acne over the back and chest as well as the face. Acne that has not shifted after months of consistent care. Each is a reason to see a doctor rather than buy another serum.
Effective prescription treatment exists, and the argument for going early is that scarring is far easier to prevent than to treat. Sudden severe acne in an adult woman, with irregular periods or new facial hair, is also worth investigating rather than just treating.
Cleansers, the Clay Mask and Vitamin C
A short tail sits outside the named lines: Some By Mi Super Matcha Pore Clean Clay Mask 100g – Pore Tightening & Oil Control Mask and Some By Mi Galactomyces Pure Vitamin C Glow Serum.
A clay mask absorbs oil for a few hours; it does not shrink a pore, because pore size is largely fixed. Use it on the oily areas rather than the whole face, and rinse it before it dries hard and cracks, which pulls at the skin.
Vitamin C is unstable in light and air. Keep the bottle closed and out of the sun, and if it has turned deep orange or brown it has oxidised and is past doing much.
Scalp and Hair
The Cica Peptide pair works on the scalp rather than the hair: Some By Mi Cica Peptide Anti Hair Loss Derma Scalp Tonic and Some By Mi Cica Peptide Anti Hair Loss Derma Scalp Shampoo 285ml.
Shedding after an illness, a fever, childbirth or rapid weight loss usually recovers on its own over some months. Three things point elsewhere: round bald patches with a clear edge, a scalp that is scaly or scarred, and a parting that keeps on widening. Scarring types do not regrow once the follicle has gone.
Trial Kits and Sets
Three multi-product sets are listed, which are the sensible way into a line you have not used:
- Some By Mi AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Starter Kit - Miracle Cleansing Bar(30g) + Miracle Toner (30ml) + Miracle Serum (10ml) + Miracle Cream (20g)
- Some By Mi AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle AC SOS Kit Edition - Miracle Acne Clear Foam + Miracle Toner + Miracle Serum + Miracle Cream
- Some By Mi Retinol Intense Trial Kit (Retinol Intense Advanced Triple Action Eye Cream 10ml + Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum 10ml)
A trial size answers the question a full bottle cannot: whether your skin tolerates the active at all. Patch test on the inner forearm for a couple of days first, and introduce the contents one at a time rather than all four together.
Where Some By Mi Sits on Arogga
The range spreads across the skincare shelves by step:
- The acid products sit under Exfoliators, within Chemical Exfoliators (AHA, BHA, Enzyme).
- The serums sit under Serums & Ampoules and Brightening Serum.
- The patches and spot creams sit under Acne Treatment and Spot Treatment.
- The creams sit under Cream & Moisturizer, and the kits under Skin Care Set.
About Some By Mi
Some By Mi is a Korean skincare brand recognised outside Korea mainly for its AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle line. The range carried here keeps to a handful of named lines, each running across cleanser, toner, serum and cream rather than spreading across many one-off products.
Each listing carries its own size, full ingredient list and stock position, since those change from batch to batch. The grid above updates itself as stock moves; this text does not.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is Some By Me the same brand as Some By Mi?
Yes. The name ends in Mi, and it is often searched as Me or as Sum By Me. All of them find this range, and the grid above holds the whole of it.
2. Can I use the whole 30 Days Miracle line together?
Not from day one. The foam, the toner and the serum all carry acids, so using all three is three exposures a day and usually ends in a stinging, flaking face. Start with one acid step two or three nights a week and add another only once that is comfortable.
3. What is the difference between AHA, BHA and PHA?
AHA is water-soluble and works on the surface. BHA is oil-soluble so it gets inside a pore, which is the one that matters for blackheads. PHA is a larger, gentler molecule that penetrates less. Having them together is convenient, not proportionally stronger.
4. My skin got worse after starting retinol. Should I stop?
Usually not. The first month often brings dryness, flaking and spots that were forming anyway arriving sooner, and it passes. Drop to twice a week, use a pea-sized amount on dry skin and moisturise after. Stop and see a doctor if it is genuinely raw or swollen.
5. Can I use retinol if I am pregnant?
No. Avoid retinol while pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, and ask a doctor before using one at all during that period. This is the one rule here that is not about comfort.
6. Can I use an acid and retinol on the same night?
Better not. Alternate them, or keep acids to two nights and retinol to the others. Both increase sun sensitivity, so daily sunscreen matters more once either is in the routine.
7. Will the brightening products make my skin fairer?
No. They even out dark marks against the surrounding skin, which is a different thing from lightening it. None of it alters your natural colouring, and melanin is the thing standing between skin and ultraviolet damage.
8. When should I see a doctor about acne instead?
Deep painful lumps, acne leaving scars or pitting, acne on the back and chest, or acne that has not shifted after months of consistent care. Prescription treatment works, and scarring is far easier to prevent than to treat.
